Will teams ending first round late have a days rest for next round?

I remember the '07-08 Spurs starting the third round with the Lakers less than 24 hours after the Hornets series went 7 games completely out of gas. Very frustrating.

Will that happen to the teams still playing?

It depends on what ESPN and TNT decide.

They are going to want two games on Saturday and Sunday.

1 game EC, 1 game WC.

Boston & Phi (SAT) & Mia & Ind (SUN)

Denver & LAL will be the WC game on Saturday. My guess is that winner plays OKC on Monday.

LAC vs. SAS or Mem will be the WC on Sunday.

I'm guessing the league would love to have more than 1 team outside of the Eastern and Central time zone.
