Sixers playing pretty well in game 1 on the road. We'll see if it holds.

After the injuries with Chicago, no doubt Stern and the NBA need the Celts to make it to the ECF's.

I told deluxe and bigw that sixers would be tough months ago. I think Collins has done a really good job.

Also...is Lou Williams really underrated?

Celts need to win because they arent afraid of Miami. And the Heat might as well be given the finals if Philly advances

There is no ball movement for Philly. There is only one guy touching it right now. Makes me appreciate the Spurs style of play.

I haven't seen Philly play all season, but I expected them to give Chicago trouble, even with Rose. Why? Philly was 3rd in the Eastern Conference in point differential.

Pretty sure Miami spanked them by like 20 everytime they played them this year. They aren't a threat a not that good

I'm a big celtics fan but I usually just lurk on this board. Seems someone different (Rondo, Pierce, KG) steps up every night. Need to close this one out early so they can get Pierce and Allen some rest.

I think the WCF will be the real Finals this year. Things are opening up nicely for the Thunder and Spurs.

i would tend to agree, but Bosh has plenty of time to heal if they can carry on until the finals without him. If they got Bosh back by the finals, it would even things out.

And never know what may happen injury wise in the west...but right now both SA and OKC look pretty solid.

Back to this series, Philly will have to feel like **** if they choke both of these opening games on the road away. They have been the tougher team in both of these games...need something to show for it.

how TF was that not a foul on Rondo on that inbounds? Was I watching that wrong?

i guess the ref thought they were just tied up and rondo flinging him to the ground was no big deal.

and I know a lot of people have bagged on him, but I think CWeb is getting better and better with each game as an announcer. He still has things that annoy me but he is getting better.
