I know, I usually avoid BR like the plague (like any self-respecting American should), but BR's Michael Erler--who is also a writer for CBSSports.com--penned a masterpiece yesterday about player personalities that most Spurs fans would appreciate.

Everything he said is no surprise to Spurs fans. Most of us here in SA knew the makeup of the team. The surprise is that a snarky, arrogant writer finally said something good about the team. My question is: what took him so long? If he has been such a fan, why wasn't he writing this earlier?

He actually was--he's been blogging about the Spurs for years as a member of PoundingtheRock.com and SpursTalk.com.
