Free throw attempts for the series:

OKC 151
SA 140

So a whopping 11 more free throws over a 6 game series. And generally the winning team shoots more free throws, not to mention OKC got to the line more than any other team in the NBA this season. Not the discrepancy that you would be led to believe by SA fans.

Stop crying.

free throws are not the indicator of bad officiating

its who gets the free throws and how

Free throw attempts don't tell the whole story. Officiating sucked and I think leaned towards OKC.

OKC is better, though, and that is why they will keep playing.

Why do you care so much?

I think OKC had the edge in game 6, but SA definitely did in game 5, and OKC still won.

Blaming the refs for your own poor play is classless and chicken ****.

Who cares? I haven't seen many if any say that officiating cost the Spurs. One could argue the goal tending BS earlier in the series, but that is irrelevant.

The officiating in Game 6 of the WCF's was friggin' horrible down the stretch. Westbrook got an And 1 and he was literally untouched.

OKC is clearly the better team after 6 games. But the officiating left a lot to be desired. I just want to see some accountability from the league.

The spurs didn't play poorly. They were beat by probably the best team in the NBA, on their home court. It would have happened to any other team in the NBA most likely. Steve Billings, you're almost as big an idiot as muy and simple.

The spurs lost to a better team, but there is absolutely no denying that the officiating was poor. I suppose you could make the argument as to who it tended to favor more in this particular game, but it seemed pretty clear to me it favored the thunder. Again, the main reason the spurs lost was because the thunder are better, but a couple of poor calls here and there go differently and you never know what would have happened.

did one of the teams spend a quarter fouling a player on purpose to send them to the line?
