Last min of the game, any foul should be 3 shots at FT line. All the momentum killing fouls are more or less pointless

20 second time outs only when at a min or less to go in the game

Tonight was a prime example of this. Seems to happen every game unless its a complete blow out

I understand why they take all the fouls, but it just seems to raaaarely work and kills the moment. Also, if you only allow shorter and less time outs then it speeds up the game making it more difficult. Seems like superior coaching prevail

Rule changes needed.

A) Something in regards to players flopping, especially offensive players.

B) Change how shooting fouls are called. Right now, perimeter players can barrel down the lane or take a shot and get to the line while hardly getting touched. But if the ball is passed into the lane, and a post player shoots it, anything goes on contact.

C. ALL baskets are reviewable for goaltending, shot clock violation, and foot on the 3 point line by a sideline replay official. I honestly can't believe they don't do this already.
