I don't even think he's marketing himself as "Darantula"...it's the NBA and the fans, who he obviously has no control over. What a joke...but, hey, it is 2012! Frivolous lawsuits are the name of the game!

I wonder what attorney took this case? Even if plaintiff has a trademark for Durantula, it would be in a different class (possibly) than basketball. I haven't seen the lawsuit though.
