Wow...how he'll ever have another job in the NBA is beyond any understanding. Not one hit in a mess of misses there.

Greg Monroe and Rodney Stuckey have been great in their careers, along with Tayshaun. However, their misses far outweigh the hits

Those 3 players are pretty good and Monroe might turn out to be really good, but when Rodney Stuckey is the guy you point out to justify your record... well, that's probably not a good sign.

Stuckey is ok. Monroe is the best they got, but 15/9 on a terrible team isn't great. Stuckey gave them 14.8/3.8/2.8 on .429/.317/.814. He could be replaced by pretty much any starting SG in the league and a lot of backups and no one would notice. These are your two best players.

I guess a better gauge of how bad his picks were would be to show what players he could've drafted as opposed to who he did draft.

Just from the Darko pick you have Wade and Melo...enough said there.

Would have been a much better first round pick had he not turned around and traded it for a far off future second round pick.

So Dumars turned the number 27th pick into Arron Affalo, which he turned into the 52nd pick a few years later. Brilliant!

If he didn't do that, he never would have been able to pick up Vernon Macklin!
