The NY media/fans are idiots. Lin is so overhype it's not even funny. He was CLEARED to play during the playoffs last year, but was instructed by his agent not to so he could get a bigger payday. Now, there is nothing wrong with that from a business perspective, but it just shows Lin relizes he ain't all that.

I am just wondering how much of that signing is due to the fact he is asian vs his ballplay. I'd say 50/50
