Basketball IQ and professionalism. The same reason Jason Kidd is still in the league. It's also the same reason why Allen Iverson is out of the league despite averaging 27 points/per only a year and half before his last game.

Hasn't Grant Hill missed like about 3 seasons total due to all his injuries throughout his career?
