Sunday: Spurs
Wednesday: Pacers
Friday: Memphis
Saturday: Los Angeles Clippers
Predictions? Reactions?
It may not seem like the TOUGHEST stretch, but it presents some match-up issues for the Rockets and previews 2 of our 3 potential first-round opponents.
Spurs are the worst match-up to me, because they are so disciplined and execute so well in the half-court and get back on transition.
The Pacers and Memphis are the type of physical teams that have given the Rockets problems this year, because of our rebounding issues that pop up and our youth at power forward.
The Clippers have Chris Paul, although I would rather play them in the playoffs than the Spurs, Thunder, Grizz, or Nuggets right now, because they also have Al Del Greco and Griffin/Jordan are a pretty porous front court defensively.
I predict 2-2, since the games are decently spread out and 3 of the 4 games are at home.
