14 years old. Maybe the most complete high school highlights tape I've ever seen.

Awesome mixtape. Hard to believe he is only 14. If he stays healthy throughout high school and keeps developing his game it will be interesting to see where he ends up going to play college ball.

I don't like to play the "is he really that young" card, but he's awfully strong and coordinated at that height.

Maybe I'm just getting old, but every time he crosses over it looks like a clear carrying violation to me.

Also hard to tell how good he actually is. I only saw 1-2 jump shots in that whole tape. He obviously dominates his competition now because of how athletically superior he is. It will be interesting to see how he is when that gap closes. He may still be very good, just hard to tell from that tape. Looked like he at least had decent handles.

How tall is he?

Was that junior high or high school?

That move where he fakes the crossover and goes back the same way is definitely a carry. College players and second tier NBA players will get called for it, but NBA stars will get away with that move sometimes. It's got to be more quick/subtle, where you're palming the ball from the top for an instant to move it around.

Regardless of the competition, he has good enough handles and enough vertical and pop in his dunk to know that this is a legit athlete who would be a good college player with a year to adjust.

Got to see him against some better competition before you can go any further with that, because there's no one in those videos who can even begin to challenge him athletically.

It says in the video description he is 6'2", but who knows how accurate that is.

Also, after watching it twice I count 2, maybe 3 jump shots. Not to say the tape wasn't impressive, but hopefully his immense talent translates as he keeps moving to higher levels.

I'd say his handles are good, definitely better than just decent. About half of the crossovers were carries. Those were the Iverson-looking ones. They'll look great playing pickup, but no way he gets away with that in college or the NBA. I don't think even a superstar NBA player could get away with that consistently in the league today.

The other half were Chris Paul-like, close-to-the-ground crossovers. Those looked just as effective in the video and will be legal anywhere. He's definitely a great athlete.

His leaping is phenomenal for a 14-15 year old kid (or any age for that matter).

+1 kid looks really impressive especially for 14, but it's hard to say how good a basketball player he is without seeing him go up against similarly athletic competition. It can't be that hard to dominate on the court when you're that much better athletically.

Would love to see that kid in a Rockets jersey!
