The only people that care about the Spurs or how much other people supposedly "hate" them are other Spurs fans.

I dont know anyone that hates the Spurs.

I would imagine that Cuban would rather have Memphis in the Finals than his biggest Rival. He has made some rather uncouth comments about San Antonio over the years.

Some of you make this "rivalry" to be much bigger then what it really is.

Contrary to what you might think....people in Dallas dont really sit around hating (or thinking) anything about San Antonio.

I hope the Spurs destroy Lebron James, D-Wade and the Miami Heat.

I wouldn't disagree with that, but I would also imagine that there are more than a couple teams he would rather see win a title other than his biggest rival. And Miami, because **** Miami.

Cuban hates the Spurs publicly because he knows its good for the Mavs to have a hated rival. He's tried to get something going with the Lakers as well over the years (Oh too baaaaad!!!...........but.......). Rivalries and hatred make sports more fun and drive interest. He's pretty much said this in some quotes.

Everybody hates Miami. Doesn't change the fact that most mavs fans have a deep hatred for the Spurs, including cuban. Not sure why you're getting defensive about spurs being y'alls biggest rival. Mavs were easily our biggest rival in the 06-10 timeframe, and second biggest all time.

And I'll be the first to admit, I HATED the mavs in those years. Legitimately.

"Bandwagon fan" would be much more applicable to someone who declares allegiance to the team of the city they moved to rather than the one they grew up with.

I grew up in the RGV, which is Spurs territory. Grew up loving Jordan and the Spurs, but as soon as Jordan retired I became a dedicated Spurs fan. Haven't looked back since.

These were painted in our backyard growing up.

It's too bad I don't have a picture of me and my brother's room, we had the fiesta colors logo and the Coyote painted in it.

When the Mavs were good the biggest rival we had was SA. I think we played San Mex 5 times in the playoffs from 2001 to 2010. However, I think every hardcore Mavs fan hated the Heat more until 2011.

I will always hate the Heat and wheelchair Wade. The two Finals against Dallas he went to the locker room with some bs injury only to return unaffected. Total coward move. Hero if they win and warrior if they lose. He was Teflon for the longest time and only recently have people started to notice what trash he is on the court.

It's annoying watching LeBron drag his worthless ass across the finish line.

I'm cheering for the Spurs, as I know most hate from Spurs fan here is directed at people like Muy, so I ignore it.

Cuban made the right decision to blow up the team in my opinion.

Look at Kidd and Terry right now. Garbage. Chandler is overrated and he is not worth the money the Knicks paid him. He was a huge part of why the Mavs won but he's not worth it.

JJ Barea was supposed to be replaceable by Roddy B but that just didn't work out. He probably should've been resigned. I supported Cuban from the beginning.
