Must be a cross-dresser and walk around in high heels around his house.
That can't be good for his balance. Maybe that explains why he's always flopping around on the court

people don't seem to ever mention how goofy he runs. his feet are turned outwards, putting even more pressure on his big toes.
it's almost as goofy looking as all these high school/college chicks who walk with their feet turned inwards because they think it makes them look cute.

Or maybe the picture was just taken while he was moving his toe. I doubt his foot is that messed up.

Does he have 6 toes?
I'm guessing the pic is real but he doesn't have 6 toes... If you look at the pic of his left foot he has a gap between his last toe and the side of his foot, I bet from the angle we are looking at this "gap" appears to be another toe
I think the 6th pinky toe is really just the outside of his foot. I found another shot of the same foot and he clearly hss 5 toes but they are also gnarly.
