Yeah, 1-0 in NBA Finals Game 7's...they're phaucked in half.

Spurs started out just fine in game 6 against okc last year and that was after losing 3 straight (game five being a heart breaker). They can win game seven.

The Spurs were supposed to get blown out in Game 6 and nearly pulled it out. If Manu wasn't a complete liability they win easily.

Fundamentally the matchup still favors the Spurs, Pop just has to keep the right matchups in the game. The Diaw/Leonard combo on James is limiting him. The Heat can only control Duncan with double teams, they have no one on one answer. Green and Neal played poorly on offense in Game 6, neither was working hard enough to get open for 3's and they tried to drive and shoot instead of passing which is not their game. Parker did not shoot well other than a couple of 4th quarter shots, if his jumper was falling the game isn't close either.

Feel free to panic though. Certainly the Heat are very capable of winning Game 7, it just depends a lot more on the Spurs playing poorly than the Heat playing well imo.
