Still Boston unless be waives the no trade clause and they deal him. I don't think the league will accept a Clippers trade anymore.

Rivers is going to shat his pants once he see's how tough the west is on a night in, night out basis. He's never done anything without KG and there is no KG in LA right now.

That being said, I don't blame the Clips for doing it. Doc is highly regarded. It at least looks like they're trying for a change.

He also missed the playoffs the year he won COY, and eventually got fired from Orlando.

Though overrated, he's a good coach. He'll have great regular season success and probably be a somewhat tougher out in the playoffs than Del Negro, but it's going to take roster changes for that team to go anywhere.

He will get them to play better defense which is important.

All coaches get better when they have the talent.

Doc will be respected by the Clips, and that is half the battle with coaching NBA players.

The Clippers are going to better with Doc, assuming they have a healthy CP3.

And the fact is, that team played some pretty damn good basketball at times. If he can keep them from those times where they looked disorganized and more interested in making SportsCenter than winning games, they will be a potential top 2 team in the West.



Also, what world am I living in when Celtic players may end up wanting to end their careers with the Clippers? And is it possible that in this world, the Clips might end up with 50% more wins than the LoLakers.

Doc will be great for Deandre Jordan if they don't trade him. DJ could become a defensive monster with Doc's coaching.

Celtics supposedly in discussion to send Pierce and Garnett to Nets.

Gerald Wallace and JET or Lee are two names being mentioned.
