I've met Gersson Rosas a few times while I worked there. Nice guy and very deserving. I hate that he's going to Dallas but wish him luck

Appears he's the same age as Morey was when he took the Rockets job - 35. Maybe he'll have the same level of success as Morey.

WHAT?? I've been assured by Mavs and Spurs fans that Morey is an overrated hack who has only been able to keep his team on a treadmill over the last 6 years and it truly nothing special!

Obviously same level of success as Morey = inherit a team with 2 superstars...win 1 playoff series over 7 seasons while transforming into a team with...2 superstars.

I like that they made this move after the draft and most of the big free agents figured out where they were going... gives him time to settle in without having to make any big decisions

I know Gersson personally and can tell you there may not be a nicer guy in the business. Totally deserving of this opportunity. It's a shame to see him leave Houston, but happy for him.

cuban is looking into bioanalysis and bio evaluation of players.
genetic testing, blood testing and such to evaluate.

Good move by Cuban and Nelson. Basically they want a second opinion on how to run things. After the last two off seasons it's not a bad idea.
