MGS tge player taking the charge would have to be set before the dunker left the ground, so I don't think it would be as easy as you say to take a charge

The defender has to be set before the offensive player began their move.
Or if it is DWade, the call depends on which player is not actually DWade

Wilt Chamberlain tried to shoot free throws like that. Then they changed the rules.

almost every defender will have his back turned at some point when you are running a fast break in man defense, when the shooter elevates before the line he will almost ALWAYS have a huge advantage on the defender
