I'm looking for a guy who actually gets some minutes here. Of course anyone could say the guy who has under 50 minutes logged is bad. Give me some guys that have a decent sample size.

Kendrick Perkins is absolutely dreadful on the offensive end. I understand he sets screens and plays defense, but goodness he is bad offensively.

Objectively, Austin Rivers had the worst season in NBA history last year. Apparently though, a lot of people are still high on his potential.
