Yea, I'm 24 and grew up watching Dirk since I was 10. I was shaking from excitement. This was probably a once in a lifetime opportunity. The result didn't pan out like I wanted, but the experience was unforgettable.

btw, Tony, Witten, and Garrett were really nice and patient to take photos with everyone.

Some lady I work with is friends with a big wig with connections to the Mavs. She gets these passes every now and then. I have a Mavs poster hanging in my cubicle at work and we occasionally strike up a convo about them.

So anyways, yesterday she comes to my desk and says she has a pass that she can't use. Offered it to me and I said yes in a heartbeat.

It was a little weird going stag, but I had never been to a Mavs playoff game before, let alone have an opportunity like this. It was an easy decision.

Not impressed. Sideline Guy would have parlayed that opportunity into 2 rebounds and an assist in 3 minutes of play.

lol well Sideline Guy wasn't there on behalf of the extreme generosity from his boss and only had his own image to worry about.

Well I was alone. Like I said, my boss only had 1 pass and it was either go lone wolf style, or not go at all.
