The current record is 5 in one playoffs (per Wikipedia) in 1994. How many game 7s will there be this year? There are already at least 3, so the o/u for # of game 7s left would be 2.5 to see of you guys think we break the record. I think we don't, but see a lot lf game 6s.

The scary thing is we could break that tonight. It'd hardly be a surprise if the Mavs, Rockets, and Nets forced a game 7. Not saying I think they all will, but it's been an incredible playoffs so far.

I'll vote that we end up breaking the record. The Western conference is so evenly matched it's hard to picture anything other than 6 or 7 game series' in the semifinals and conference finals. If Atlanta advances I think they'll get run out of the building by Washington, but the Nets and Raptors could both give the Heat a series. I believe the Nets swept the Heat this season.

Spurs vs. Nets finals rematch would be epic, especially considering I live on Long Island.

Well, we tied it. And if the Blazers don't get that lucky buzzerbeater then it would have been the most ever.

It would be epic for Spurs fans. A 5 game series, tops.

Looks like none of the second round series will be competitive enough to go to seven games.
