The 2009 NBA Playoffs also had a series between the Nuggets and Hornets that had a combined margin of victory of 125 points. That included an NBA playoff record-tying 58 point win for the Nuggets in Game 4.
http://www.basketball-reference.com/playoffs/NBA_1956.htmlThe other 58 point win was in 1956, and the winning team lost the 3 game series - losing the other 2 games by 1 point each. (Hawks over Lakers)
