The world's most famous cramps have subsided and LeBron James expects to play in Game 5 as the Miami Heat try to close out the Oklahoma City Thunder to win the NBA title.

James, who couldn't finish the Heat's 104-98 win in Game 4 Tuesday night because of leg cramps, was able to take part in the team's practice Wednesday afternoon. He said he expects to be fine by Thursday when the Heat try to close out the series.

James, who has had issues with cramps the last two years in the playoffs, said he received treatment after the game Tuesday and again Wednesday morning.

James also cramped during the Heat's final regular-season game against the Thunder, according to ESPN's Rachel Nichols. It's unclear if the style of play between the teams has any impact..

It will be interesting to see if it was just the arena temperature or if the fact that San Antonio plays so much faster with more possessions than the Heat are use to in the east that caused him to cramp.

It is interesting that it was against a similarly fast team in OKC when this last occurred.

If they are forced to rest Lebron more that is a huge advantage for the Spurs as we saw at the end go game 1.

I'm looking at the OKC-Miami series. Hot damn Spoelstra rode James hard.

In those 5 games, he played 46, 42, 44, 44, and 44 minutes. During those minutes, he frequently ran the offense and defended either Durant or Westbrook (exhausting to say the least).

No wonder he had cramps.
