Thought this could be a fun topic while things are slow. Everyone is always willing to admit what great opinions they had on certain players and teams and how right they were, but what about some opinions that you had that would likely have gotten you fired if you were a GM, or just shamed by the public.

For myself:
1. I would have taken Beasley over D-Rose in the 2008 draft. The fact that Love and Westbrook are at 4 and 5 makes that choice even worse.
2. I thought the Harden trade was a fair trade and that OKC might have even gotten the better of it when I first heard about it. Harden had just shiit the bed in the finals and I thought he'd be nothing more than a 19-22 ppg with a terrible shooting percentage on a bad team.
There's more but those were the 2 I could think of.
