Yes. In a two-way tie, TEX would host TB. If the tie is between CLE and TEX, Cleveland would host.
In two-way tie situation game would be Monday -- so there's really no option of setting up your rotation... and even then the only guy we have that would be better on short-rest than Perez on full-rest is Darvish, who is pitching Sunday.
And... this is tiebreaker to play a one-game play-in two days later. So even if you could throw your "ace" on short-rest for the tiebreaker, you then wouldn't be able to throw him in the one-game play-in.
The interesting question will be -- if Texas ends up in a two-way tiebreaker and wins with Perez, who do you throw in the play-in game -- Garza on normal rest or Holland on short-rest?
