Ian has worn thin by me.

They take off most of the 1st two weeks of September and go 3-13, and he is going to call out fans for only having 40K fans?

Was this just a way to diminish fan reaction to his buddy Hamilton's hurt feelings?

This should have never been a "must win game." They should have closed it out weeks ago.

It was only made a must win game because we got help at the last minute, because Tampa lost 2 of 3 of their final games. Tampa win either of their Must-Win games, and we are not playing today.

I think Ian is a mental midget, and I'm not saying it is his place to make that comment, but it is nothing new. He was one of the driver's behind the "baseball towns don't do the wave" a few years back, too.

However, when Tampa is playing for their lives in front of 44,551 Canadians, for goodness sake, you'd hope for more than 40,047 people to show up in Arlington when the Rangers are playing for their lives.

As for the Rangers poor start to the month, if Tampa doesn't start 5-10, or doesn't go 13-15 in July, or doesn't lose 6 straight on their way to losing 8 of 10 at the end of July/start of August, or lose 8 of 9 to end August/start September, maybe its still a must-win run-in for the Rangers...

If Cleveland doesn't lose 16 of 20 between mid-May and mid-June, if Cleveland doesn't go 12-16 in August, maybe its still a must win run-in for the Rangers...

The Rangers had a bad couple of weeks. Just like everyone else.

That's actually not too bad considering it's a Monday night and no one knew the game was happening until late yesterday afternoon.

Not a fan of Ian. Trade him and make a run at cano.

He's given the fans a career no one expected but it would be good to trade him while he still has value.

Say the Yankees cant resign Cano (although I fully expect it to happen) anyone think the Yankees would be interested in trading for Kinsler? If im JD, im watching this closely!!!

The only two teams that I could see Cano bolting the Yankees for is either the Angels or Dodgers.

I wanted to trade Ian in 2011. His replacement is on the roster already. Wish we could flip him and get a first baseman.

The Angels are laying low again, but they are expected to offer Cano 10 years/300 million.
