Wacha was not with the team enough to win it as a pitcher. Anyways the Dodger's Yasiel Puig will win going away and deservedly so. Also, playoff performances don't factor into the vote.
I am obviously biased as a Dodger fan, but the fact that Puig put up his numbers in meaningful games should carry some weight. The wheels were about to come off in LA before Puig came up and had the best 50 game stretch by a rookie since Joe DiMaggio.
Jose Fernandez is a great talent, but he had next to zero pressure playing in an empty stadium for a last place Marlins team.
