12 starts seems reasonable.

Wins are too unpredictable and tangentally related to performance. But I'll guess he has about a 4.6 ERA.

Under on innings. I don't see him getting the volume of innings in relief you do.

Your starts to innings ratio is way out of whack.

12 starts and 110 innings? He'd have to average over 9 innings per start to hit that number.
