What a bleeding vadge.

quote:
The man in the screencap above, taken from ESPN's April 13 broadcast of a game between the Red Sox and Yankees, is a deeply sensitive man who does not understand how the internet works. We know this because he has filed a defamation lawsuit against ESPN, John Kruk, Dan Shulman, and MLB Advanced Media for putting his sleeping face on TV and the internet.

Id like to think this lawsuit will be thrown out since he gave up his right to privacy by purchasing and going to a public event.... but that would give too much credit to our legal system.

It takes a lot of hot dogs to get a double chin like that.

Sitting next to this guy on a flight is my worst nightmare. He overflows into the seat next to him taking 100% of the arm rest real estate and then some. Oh and wait for it... Yep he's asleep and using my shoulder as a bib for his mustard-relish concoction drool. Whew... he's finally awake, except now he wants to talk the rest of the trip about how he's gamed the system. He starts off with how he's won millions in a lawsuit for his failed lap band and how he's now got ESPN & the Yankees in his cross hairs. He then proceeds to say how he wouldn't have sued the Yankees when they were his favorite team, but he's more of a Red Sox, Spurs, & Seahawks fan now. At this point, I beg him to go back to using my shoulder as a pillow even if he crushes my shoulder socket in the process.

I'll stop here before he adds Heisenberg to his list of people he's coming after.

If I was the judge, his attorney would certainly be sanctioned for filing a frivolous lawsuit. Enough that he would never have the nerve to do that again.

What the announcers said was quite mild. What he is doing is suing the announcers, ESPN, and MLB (and whoever else) for what others who saw the broadcast said, not for what they said themselves.

His lawsuit turns an embarrassing situation into a full-blown humiliation. He must be receiving a lot of ridicule from his friends.
