Strickland said that if he faced him again, he would continue to challenge him. That's what 100 mph pitchers have to do.

Harper has shown that he's a big-time player with lots of talent. But he's also shown that he's a big-time jackass. He got to yell, stare and make it about himself in an elimination game (when he should have been making it about the Nationals). He did what he could do to help his team win, but at the end of the day he and his team lost; he walked off the field and ended his 2014 season a loser.

Strickland and the Giants won the series and are now in St. Louis getting ready for the NLCS.
