I've used Unlocator successfully with Apple TV to get around this in order to watch the Astros in Dallas

MLB.TV and a proxy. It's VERY easy.

Or switch to Directv. It's so much better than Suddenlink and its not close. Stop hanging on to your crap cable because you get some phantom internet bundle.
