I think the Blue Jays one might be Cadpat, but yes, needs Multicam/OCP.

if they're going to bother giving Toronto its own maple leaf hat instead of stars, then shouldn't they wear it on July 1st for Canadian Independence Day and wear their normal hat on July 4th?

They are. BlueJays uniforms are for Canada Day from MLB.com

I think they are all pretty terrible, but especially the camo.
