If so, how much did you pay? My brother and I are planning on meeting downtown and giving it a shot at getting inside MM without laying a mortgage payment. I work until 6, so I likely won't be able to get downtown from Katy until after 7. Curious if any of you were in a similar situation tonight, what was available, and what folks were asking. TIA.
