Taking the family the week of thanksgiving. Children ages 5 to 13. Anyone recommendations for boat trips, etc?

Do not do the sunset pirate boat.

I'll be there next week. I can ask my friends in staying with that live there.

We saw a dinner show that required a boat ride. I cannot remember the name of it, but it was good fun for the adults. I don't think the kids would enjoy it as much though.

Check out Vallarta Adventures. I was dreading the sea lion adventure, but i enjoyed it. You are in waist deep water with a 350 lb sea lion and my 20-something kids loved it.

Plus, it's in town and was only a 5-to-10 minute drive. It's only a 30 minute "show".

As you can see they offer a lot of excursions and it's all very professional.

We went to Yelapa with them as well. Not sure about how kids would like it. You're on a boat for about an hour and you snorkel, eat and, ride the big torpedo raft behind a boat and hike about 30 minutes up to a waterfall.

That depends on where you get out. You can always ride a horse or a donkey to the water fall.
