My dad has used them for Fiji , Thailands, and Greece trips
He loves them and takes the extensive planning and stress out of the trip

Thinking about doing a 10 day summertime Switzerland independent travel trip (they set up the transportation and accommodations and breakfast your on your own for planning your day once you get to each destination

Any reviews , good, bad, indifferent ?

I like the idea of having them plan the airfare , buses, and trains but having the freedom to do what you want once you get there

I know lots of agents use them for booking client trips. I have no issues with using tour operators like that and they are a good company. I personally usually don't even though it would make my life immensely easier. What I tend to find is that I can piece-meal things together cheaper than a tour operator can, however, it's actually not smart on my end because of how much time it takes me to do it, and much of the trip isn't commissionable. My host agency has a list of "preferred suppliers" and Gate 1 is on it.

Yeah I don't mind doing l the planning for domestic trips

But traveling abroad especially when. You talking about the logistics of flights, trains, buses and Multiple hotel bookings in succession I feel like it worth it

We gonna do the 10 day Switzerland tour only thing I don't like is it doesn't include interlaken which I really wanted to see
