I did a short stay at LeBlanc Spa & Resort Cancun and absolutely loved the service, the butlers, food and overall experience. Had to share my pic from the beach today! If anyone had any questions my contact info is in my bio. I also love this resort is a short 20 min drive from CUN airport

I stayed there recently while in Cancun for a wedding. It is a really nice place. Very relaxing, easy to get seating at pool or beach- no towel games. I'm not usually a Cancun fan, but I'd come back to this hotel again. If you're looking for nightly shows and entertainment, this isn't the place.

ETA- this hotel brand does have some kind of membership (timeshare) level you can buy into. But, nobody ever pressured me about attending a sales meeting once I told them I wasn't interested.

I completely agree, on our arrival day at 11 am no issues getting a pool seat. Very quiet resort for sure as far as nightly entertainment. At times when I check in I don't say I'm a travel advisor as I want the experience of a client and how the property operates. My hubby even acknowledged this is the first time we were not approach for a vacation club/elite club aka time share into the property. Which was a plus for sure.

How do you rate the hotel zone vs the areas further outside town? I wouldn't mind trying this resort at some point but can't imagine myself liking the hotel zone.

I like the hotel zone for a shorter stay, the beach here is beautiful. I'll have another trip over Spring Break to Hyatt Ziva Cancun in the hotel zone that will show the family side to vacation there.
If you truly want to stay at the resort and are not into excursions the hotel zone is a great option but then you also hav the easy access of ferry to Isla Mures

Thanks for the additional info on the hotel zone vs further outside town. The easy ferry access to Isla Mujeres does sound appealing from the hotel zone. Always good to have options for excursions without too much travel time. Good point about the family aspect at Hyatt Ziva too.

Was in Cancun, hotel zone, a few weeks ago at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun. It was fine, nothing to write home about IMO. The beach and water was definitely gorgeous though. Looked like OPs pic here in this thread. Went with 4 other couples so had a blast though not sure I'd go back to that particular hotel.
