Hello All,

Would like to do 5 nights in the Caribbean, good food, limited seaweed, pretty beaches. From Houston all in budget around $6,000....any ideas?

Flight prices look stupid which may be a factor, would prefer a place United or SW flies.

Flights will definitely make it hard.

In the Dominican Republic my top sellers are Dreams Macao and Dreams Onyx. Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana is fantastic too.
Food in the DR is decent but not amazing.

I've also sold the Iberostar Selection there too and that may be a little more budget friendly.

Fly to st Thomas and ferry over to St. John. We stayed at an Airbnb and it is not their high season because of hurricanes.

Can you do Atlantis for that price?

We used to fly SW to FL on points and Bahamas air to Nassau before SW started flying there

I cannot even begin to imagine the food cost for a family of 4 at Atlantis. I thought it was super expensive years ago. I think that would take it way over budget.

We are a family and going to Cancun first week of August. Royalton Splash.

For us, we like going and relaxing, letting the kids do slides and play in the pool. People like Panda will ALWAYS tell you not to do it because it is not a "true" vacation. We also like to go to not all-inclusive places, but sometimes you just need that one trip to not worry about anything.
