My wife will be on a girls trip in Cancun prior to me arriving so I am wanting to have a car service pick me up at the Cancun airport > swing by her resort (Secrets Riviera Cancun) > take us both down to Secrets Tulum.

We will also need a car service back to Cancun airport at the end of our stay.

I normally book airport transfers through Amstar with our UVC discount but am having trouble getting them to do what I need so checking the wisdom of TexAgs for other reputable options.

Used Kalido to Secrets Akumal last year…they should be able to accommodate your request . On time & no issues. USA Transfers is also normally reliable.

Secrets tulum isn't complete yet.. beware. Look at another resort.

It's complete but there's fn sand everywhere.

We just used USA to transfer from airport to Xcaret for a work thing. Seamless and great/friendly driver.

I've used Kalido and USA Transfers for multi-stop before and worked out great!
They should be able to work with you on exactly what you need.

I booked with CARM. They were the most responsive, easiest to communicate with, and cheapest by $100.

It's not even on the beach, is it?

No. It's not even close. It's in Aldea Zama. Literally directly across from our house. My wife shot the Bachelor there and said the hotel was beautiful, the services and amenities were amazing, the food they provided the production was great, but that you couldn't escape the sand. It was everywhere and very unpleasant.

Let me look at our schedule. If you'd like some local Tulum restaurant recs lmk. There's a lot of great food in town.

My wife took me to Tulum for my birthday. We stayed in Aldea Zama had a house with a pool. Secrets was right there. We have been to a several all inclusives in the past and wondered why anyone would choose to stay at Secrets in Tulum thats not even on the beach.

Hartwood in Tulum was an excellent dinner spot. If they have pulpo on the menu, get it!
