Headed to Pigeon Forge for a few days with 3 families. 8 kids and 6 adults. Kids age 3 up to 8. Already doing Dollywood and a water park. Pirate dinner one night. Give me your must do's. May rain some of the time. We have 3 full days there. Let me know. Thanks!

That is a fun trip with kids.

Dollywood is one of the best and cleanest amusement parks that I have been to.
The theme dinners are fun also.

One thing I noticed is that the quality of the food at the restaurants really lacks compared to Texas, etc. One surprise for us was Sunliner Diner. It is good for breakfast and lunch/dinner.
We always enjoyed doing day trips to the national park. There are some great family friendly hikes to waterfalls, etc. Also some great mountain coaster rides in town.

Did that with my kids years ago and Dollywood is great. We did the amusement park one day and the water park the next. It was where my kids rode their first roller coasters and we still talk about it. Have fun !

I love Dollywood. It reminds me of the way Six Flags used to be. They have some great roller coasters and it's definitely a kid friendly park. We were there back in October when we went to A&M vs Vols game. You can rent some cool cabins in the mountains nearby. You also need to go to Smoky Mountain National Park. It's a beautiful area.

We have a cabin in Sevierville and it's always on the list for our summer trips. Tubes, cooler, lunch…fun day.

I remember going to Dollywood when I was a kid. So hot and humid, even the deer in the petting zoo were panting and wouldn't move. We rode some gondola to the top of a man somewhere and there was a trail that veered off in the woods everyone was breaking off and heading down. Me and the fam followed along and it popped out overlooking someone's backyard, when we asked wtf we were looking at was said that it was Jim and Tammy Bakers backyard lol Can see how long ago that was hahahaha
