Anyone ever been to the Faroe Islands? If so, any unique hotel recommendations and must-do activities? (Wife would prioritize luxury over uniqueness in the lodging though if it can't be both!)

There is a nice hotel in town, Torshavn. We stayed in a B&B easy walking to town. They have great supermarkets. Restaurants were highly expensive and so so. Assume you will rent a car. Great driving where in one day you will do tunnels both one and 2 lane, ferries, and bridges.
It is a cool place.
