Honestly, there isn't a US Sports bar. Just walk La Quinta until you find it on at a more US centric bar.

Looks like the one I went to closed down. Pretty sure it was a front bar, so it's not surprising. Definitely go to El Popeye's and get some seafood tacos and 44oz fresh squeezed margaritas (he will ask you if you want mass tequila) and hook you up with one for the road.
