Looking to take my wife on a quick relaxing vacation. Possibly to San Antonio as we have not been there for many years. Or, somewhere close by. Looking for a hotel/vrbo with a very nice pool area. Any recs would be recommended.

JW Marriott big pool / lazy river. Pretty removed from town.

La Cantera… remodeled not long ago but not familiar with the amenities. Close to La Cantera Mall and The Rim.

Either of those just watch construction, more so for La Cantera.

Hyatt Hill country might be another but haven't been there in years.

Fredericksburg might be another choice but won't have facilities like SA. Just opened The Albert Hotel. Haven't been but driven by. Looks very nice…..little over an hour from S.A.
