Booked a trip to Stockholm for an event in November (I know, not the best time of year for that part of the world). Has anyone been? Must sees, must eats, good day trips? We have about three days to tour around.

Second this. Eat at Aifur; really cool Viking themed restaurant.

I figured I'd be the first one on here to suggest Aifur, but got beat to it. Really fun place. The whole Gamla Stan is great.

Also recommend the Vasa museum. It's an interesting story. You can also rent a bike around Djurgrden which is where the Vasa Museum is located. It's a nice scenic eide if you're into that.

Gamla Stan is also great
Many small restaurants to choose from that are good.. you can also stop by the government offices just to see the buildings.

Sodermalm is just south of Gamla Stan and also has several restaurants . If you like garlic, there is a place called Garlic & Shots which basically has garlic in everything. Similar to the place in San Francisco.

For a bit of novelty you can go to Icebar. Everything made of ice like the hotel up North. Just a different experience to try.
