Going to Cabo in mid December and looking for a good offshore charter for 2 people. Prefer to catch billfish and pelagic fish. Any reccs?

I'm going around that time as well and we booked on Blue Tail. I have fished with JC Sportsfishing and Yersinia in the past. I've never been disappointed in the fishing or service. I know others have mentioned Pisces and RedRum in the past as well. Price will be higher for "all inclusive", as less costly options typically will make you buy a fishing license, bring your own food and drink, etc.

Just went last weekend and didn't catch jack s***. We were targeting tuna and there were 18 other boats fishing the same hump. Trolled for 7 hrs straight with live blue runners.

We fished with Abigail. The boat was nice and the fish were there, they just weren't biting. Saw lots of them feeding.

There were some other boats that pulled in some yellowfin tuna that day and the captain gave us some to eat that night.

There was a lot of talk about how Japanese commercial fishing industry has decimated the tuna population. I did some research on that today and the tuna population is fine. Our captain just sucked.
