Every year our family of 25+ try to vacation together and have had some luck finding places to house all of us in Florida. I'm over that.

From what I've looked into we may be able to rent an island or a private resort in the bahamas or Mexico for the same price or maybe even cheaper. Does anyone have any experience with this and are there any suggestions that anyone has?

I've arranged resort buyouts for clients in the past, particularly for family reunions and similar gatherings, and they're often not as expensive as people initially expect.

While I haven't personally coordinated a private island buyout, I do know of clients and other agents who have done this successfully. That option can be more costly, but pricing really depends on the specific island and its location.

I am working with a client for their wedding and they are looking to do the same thing.

Belize, BVI, and Panama was the focus of our search.

I have also done house rentals in Mexico that can sleep up to 40, comes with a chef, maid service, bartender, etc.
