I'm part of a group of four, all in their 60's, and will be staying in Sorrento for two nights. On the day of arrival we will be coming from Rome and arriving after a stop at Pompeii. We have a trip to Capri planned for the next day, a Saturday. We've researched the highlights of Capri and wanted to ask if it's possible for us to tour by ourselves or if we would need to join a tour group for added benefits. Also, we've heard varying takes on the Blue Grotto - is it worth the time to see it? This will be the last stop after a two week tour, and want to wind it down without too much stress. Thanks for any input.
