Out of curiosity: How many of the out-of-staters are going to their local Musters? Do you feel it is important to attend or now that you're away from campus its not that big of a deal?

I'm going to mine -- helping organize it -- and its actually a bigger deal to me now than when I was a student.

45 bucks for muster; I don't think so. I'll probably just get together with some other Ags that I know here drink beer and grill some stuff

I have not missed but one Muster since I started school in '73.

Chattanooga has a great group that gathers at an individual's house. They come from NW Ga and 50 miles around to Muster.

I went to my first Muster as a guest of a family friend (and Ag) in Denton County, 1991 when I was a senior in HS. Haven't missed one since, and this year is the third time I've been a Muster chair. I strongly feel this is the grandest of all A&M traditions, and especially important for those of us outside of Texas.
