I used to live there.
Pretty much, small town of around 22,000 along the Mississippi River. Nothing to do in the city--There's a mall with 3 stores and a movie theater that's super terrible.
If you want to do anything, you have to drive 45 minutes to the Quad Cities or to Iowa City.
Tell her good luck. The people that live there can be real jerks, some can be really nice too. Depends on what side of the town she moves to.
