My sister is selling her house in Radcliff, KY (about 10 minutes from the base). She's owned it since 1994.

Edit to update some info...
Here's what I know:
New shingles were put on Apr/May 09
Carpet/Vinyl/Fridge/Stove(Glass top) replace Jan
2009, but only have 3 months of wear (no one has
lived there since April)
Everything inside (except the kitchen) has been
repainted since May 09.
It is a wood burning fireplace
New french doors to backyard (replaced sliding
doors May 2009)
They do have the original windows, with one known
to have a broken seal (will fix if necessary)
Cooling System replaced Aug 2001
Heating System replaced Nov 2002
Any questions on those last two and I'll have to get back to you...that is what my sister has written down and have to ask the hubby what exactly was replaced.
Also, if you want additional pics or more specific pics let me know. If my sister doesn't have them already, I'll have her take some next time she's down (she lives in Louisville now and gets down there at least once a week)...thanks
