Hey Ags, I have a good friend of mine moving out to Boulder for law school and her family is interested in some condo's up near the Boulder Country Club, 75th and Lookout. She had a couple questions that I passed on to our Denver office, but I always appreciate the advice from fellow Aggies. Here's what she sent to me.
I actually work for a national home construction lender, and I do market analysis in that region, but I'm not too familiar with the college. Again, thanks for the help.

1. Is it too far away from CU? Is it even an area where a student would live?
2. Is it in a nice enough part of town? Is it a good location for selling it in a few years?
