Horrible, horrible traffic. Stay away from South Orlando and the Disney area. As the other poster said Lake Mary is a nice area. I prefer anything north of downtown.

A lot of people commute from Clermont, about 25 minutes west or so. I live in Groveland, which is futher west, and I was able to get to UCF in about 45 minutes (UCF is east of town). Housing prices in Lake County are rock bottom right now (dang it).
